Brand-new, reasonably sized room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Nice design of it. Favourable and perfect location and right next to a train station.

The location is magnificent and incredible, near the railway station. The personnel is courteous and outstandingly accommodating.

I really enjoyed the room, it was big and had central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. The location in a very quiet area was marvellous and absolutely perfect and there were shopping malls and a supermarket nearby. The personnel were very nice and accommodating.

Good-sized and brand-new rooms with mount fuji view, very pleasant stay! Peaceful location - near Fuji Five Lakes. Set in a peaceful area very close to Fujisan Station which had direct buses to-and-from Tokyo as well as meeting points for local tourism.

Took me only 2 hours to reach Tokyo, thanks to the "convenient" location. I got to enjoy a free breakfast buffet, free WiFi , and the privilege of self-parking. The hotel's "recreational facilities" included a golf course and a massage service. Cultural highlights nearby included a history museum and a radar dome. But hey, at least the hotel was a 3-star one!

The free WiFi was as reliable as a toddler with a Rubik's cube. My room was like a black hole for phone signals, making me "feel" completely isolated from the world.

The magnificent location was a few steps away from Fuji Five Lakes. Booked a room with good mt fuji view. The breakfast was savoury for a hotel of this rating with lists of ingredients and also the Japanese food.

The hotel itself was luxury and modern and everything was good. The location was good and perfect there, easy to arrive from Hakone area. We stopped by Kohisaron for coffee and treats, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location diagonally opposite the station, making it very convenient for travelers. Additionally, the rooms for 3 twin beds with a view of Mount Fuji are a great option if you're traveling with a group. The staff is friendly and provides good service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are provided, and the breakfast included in the room rate is a nice addition.

No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.

The location of this place is excellent, with popular tourist attractions like Q-Sta just a stone's throw away, and the added convenience of free parking for the guests.
